Applicants

Attached are the Application, our Rental Policies, and a Consent for Release of Information to conduct a thorough back ground/credit check. Please print, complete, sign and return a copy of all three documents for each applicant.

Each applicant must also submit; a copy of a Government photo ID and non refundable cashier's check or money order for $50, made payable to Tampa Bay Realty.

Each applicant must complete an online questionnaire to initiate a background/credit check at a cost of $16.75 (additional charges may apply and credit cards are accepted.) Prior to submission, please contact our office to verify availability.
