This page was created to make the application process as simplified as possible.

Below is our Rental Policies. (Highlighted in Yellow)

This is the ONLY form obtained from this page, accepted for our rentals. (Do not submit the application that is linked to that page.)   

After reading this page, please print these Rental Policies to return to our office with a copy of your ID via scan and email.

A faxed ID will appear as a black block to the recipient.  (If you are not able to scan the necessary items please call your referring agent or our office.)  

You will be lead through several disclosures and questions that will submit the application and the accompanying credit/background check.
The process will take about 20 minutes and the $70 fee can be charged to a debit or credit card.

Please fill in the application as complete as possible.

Any missing or incorrect information, including phone numbers and email addresses, will delay the application.

We will obtain the completed application from Background Info USA, whom will conduct the credit/background report.

Please note, additional charges may apply. Some employers subscribe to an HR based employment verification service called, "The Work Number".
If your employer uses this service, there will be an additional fee charged to obtain the employment verification.

The fee is determined by "The Work Number". Upon submission, applicants do not need to know if their employer uses this service, but need to be aware
of the possibility that an additional charge may be processed on your credit or debit card.
