The Property Management Department of Tampa Bay Realty Inc., a locally owned and operated company, was opened in 1999 and specializes in Residential Leasing and Rental Management for privately owned homes and condos. Landlords may choose full service property management including tenant placement, supervision, maintenance and account management or tenant placement only. Comprehensive background checks are completed on all applicants by a professional research company and all leases are attorney prepared to assure compliance with Florida Law.

Tenants are assured of well managed, well maintained properties overseen by an experienced staff with maintenance personnel on call for any emergency or necessary repair.

Agents are active in Tampa's Real Estate community and are members of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).  Management personnel remain easily accessible to both Tenant and Landlord at all times.
